- Collaborate: Work closely with both tech and non-tech team members, contributing to a positive and engaging culture.
- Test & Validate: Write automated tests for critical features and conduct manual testing as needed.
- Optimize & Secure: Ensure our system is fast, reliable, and secure at all times.
- Innovate & Learn: Continuously explore new technologies and brainstorm with the team to find innovative solutions.
Bonus Points If You Can:
- Occasionally dive into DevOps and ITOps tasks.
- Tackle basic frontend tasks (e.g., adding new checkboxes).
- Help us migrate to the latest tech (PHP 8.2, Symfony 6.4, PostgreSQL 16).
Challenges You’ll Love:
- Working with complex, performance-intensive PHP code for real-time eye-tracking reports.
- Keeping our tech stack streamlined while continuously improving.
Our Technology Stack:

- Frontend: Twig templates, basic HTML/JS (jQuery), transitioning to React and TypeScript.
- Tools: Git (BitBucket), PhpStorm, NewRelic, AWS CloudWatch.
- Processes: Kanban (Trello), Slack for team communication, daily morning meetings.
How We Work:
- Agile & Collaborative: We deploy to production several times a day with a fast code review and testing process. Check out our Release Notes.
- Hybrid Setup: Split your time between our Warsaw office (Emilli Plater x Hoża Street) and remote work.
- Continuous Learning: We encourage experimenting with new ideas and continuous integration/deployment.
What You’ll Get:
- Competitive Salary: We believe in compensating you fairly for your expertise.
- Supportive Team: Work with a talented and collaborative team that values your input. Get to know us better here.
- Impact: Play a key role in deciding how, what, and why we build.
- Office & Equipment: A central Warsaw office, hybrid work setup, and all the equipment you need to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience with PHP (7.x or higher) and 3+ years with a PHP OOP framework like Symfony (4.x or higher).
- Skills: Strong understanding of OOP, coding algorithms, and REST API development. Experience with efficient SQL queries, Linux server configuration (LAMP), and asynchronous task handling (workers).
- Proactive Approach: Don’t just follow orders—bring your ideas and problem-solving skills to the table. We value independent thinkers who can drive projects forward.
